Bay Hills has several recreational facilities available for residents’ use.

Two playgrounds
- 5-acres Playground, located along north side of Bay Hills Dr. next to pool and across from Golf Course
- Golf Course Drive Playground & Open Field at sourth east corner of Golf Course Dr. and Shore Acres Rd.
Covered Pavilion*
- located along N side of Bay Hills Dr, next to pool and across from Golf Course
- includes picnic tables and is equipped with electricity
- may be reserved for private parties
Two tennis courts*
Two basketball courts
Open playing field (corner of Golf Course Dr. and Shore Acres Rd.)
Swimming Pool*
- Open Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Baby pool available
Golf Course* Designed by Ed Ault, Bay Hills is a scenic championship 18-hole course.
A Shopping Center: The shopping center is located at the College Parkway/Bay Dale Drive entrance to the community. It includes a supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, delicatessen, seafood market, American, Italian and Chinese restaurants, coffee shop, Hallmark store, florist, hair salon, mailbox/parcel shipping service center, eye care center, animal hospital, and dry cleaner. Professional offices are situated above the retail stores.
